Where does MotionGrey ship from and what are the costs?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Richmond, British Columbia. We offer free shipping on most orders across Canada, though some remote locations may incur a surcharge.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by province, but most customers in Western Canada receive their orders within 2-4 business days, while Eastern Canada takes approximately 5-7 business days.
